OUR PROCUREMENT MODEL
We collect milk directly from farmers and compensate them based on quantity and composition of the milk.
The collected milk undergoes analysis at the Milk Collection Centre (MCC) for various parameters before chilling at 4°C.
The chilled milk is transported to the plant.
After assessing the chilled milk sample for quantity (QTY), solid non-fat (SNF), and fat content, it is sent to the plant for production and packaging.
The final product is dispatched to the market for distribution.
